A woman who went from 266lbs to 140lbs in two years has revealed how she ditched her best friends and became a personal trainer after they told her she still 'wasn't perfect' - despite having lost almost half her body weight.
Nicole Caperilla, 31, from Connecticut, had always been overweight since childhood.
Her
diet consisted of greasy pizzas, burgers and carbohydrate-rich junk
foods, which saw her tip the scales at 266lbs and squeeze into a dress
size 20.
