Daylight saving time is around the corner, which means a couple of things.
One, it will mean an extra hour of sleep when falling back, which generally helps people in the morning.
Two, it also means colder weather and more darkness, which often doesn’t help people in the morning and gives them more reason to stay in bed instead of getting up to exercise.
