The comp is over and I’m no longer on prep. No more counting macros, tracking workouts and weighing myself.
For now, I’m done with all those torturous prep habits.
I’m still eating healthily and exercising, for the most part – but I no longer have the specific goal of competing in a bikini fitness show as my focus, which means a lot more freedom.
