Toni is a Bikini Contest Coach, Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist who works with clients, locally in Maryland, and online. With a lifetime of athletics, her passion is to help people break through the barriers keeping them from their absolute best life. Toni struggled with eating disorders from the age of 12, and values the importance of health and fitness, not only of the body, but of the mind. As a professional in the International Federation of Bodybuilding, she has worked with athletes, but now focuses on clients who want to learn how to live. Schedules, time, life, and families all are factors that some people let get in the way of their physical goals. Toni guides people through the process of learning what their body responds well to, and how to make it happen with a million other things going on in life. No one should sacrifice their goals and dreams, because they can't figure out the balance aspect. It is possible to be healthy and strong, along with running a business and a family. As a wife, stepmother to an amazing 2 year old girl, and a fur mom to 5 dogs, she "gets it". Life is meant to be up and down, left and right, and sometimes just backwards, but we roll with it and keep moving....yes, we....our family, our business, our dogs and our goals. The sky is the limit and change is right around the corner; just starts with the decision to try and respect yourself enough to keep the promises you make to you.
