Certified Fitness Trainer * Cooper Institute Certified Fitness Trainer * Bachelor of Science in Education * 18 yrs experience * NPC Figure Athlete 2001-2011 * Available Mon - Fri * Available for studio, in-office, and in-home training in Fort Worth - Dallas area * Private, semi-private, small and large group sessions available. Training: Month to month basis. * $55 each one hour private session. Meal and cardio plans sold separately. * $75 for Semi Private 1 hour sessions (2 people at once) * E-training – these are detailed programs e-mailed to you, or you may come pick them up. $70 each. Include complete resistance, cardio, & stretching. *Meal Planning - Includes what to eat, each meal’s & supplementation’s timing, & proper hydration: $70 for one meal plan that can last 2-4 weeks time. Hours of availability: Mon-Tues: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm Wed: 6:30 am - 5:30 pm Thu: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm Fri: 6:30 am - 7:00pm

I don't know what to say except Tiffany is simply the best when it comes to personal training. No one else comes close and I've been to MANY personal trainers in MANY different facilities. As qualified, unconventional, intelligent, experienced and dedicated as she is she should be the personal trainer to Hollywood. I don't know what else to say except that we are very blessed to have her here in Benbrook.

Tiffany is the best personal trainer I have ever been to. She knows the body like you wouldn’t believe. If you have injuries, no problem! She can modify any workout specifically designed for you. And you will still get a killer workout!
