After dieting and exercising for months with no results I decided that I wanted to compete as a bikini model. I couldn’t overcome my weight loss plateau by myself and didn’t know where to start so I decided to find a coach. I came across Michael’s website and was impressed with what I read regarding both his personal and professional successes. After an initial meeting it became apparent that I was in great hands. Michael was interested in my goals and gave me honest and helpful advice with no pressure to commit. Once I took the plunge and decided that this was definitely what I wanted to do Mikie immediately started me on the right track. My personalised diet and exercise plan was tweaked and changed every week depending on my measurements and slowly but surely my body fat started to drop and I became stronger and more toned. When it came time to compete Mikie was there to answer every question and concern any time, any day. His clients truly do come first. Michael is dedicated to getting results for his clients and he does this through leading by example and laying out a specific program tailored to your individual needs and goals. I’ve adopted his weekly nutrition plan and workout 3-4 days a week along the path he set for me and I’m now able to squat over 100kgs, deadlift 132.5kgs and do more chin ups than ever before. If you want to achieve the best, you have to be coached by the best, and Michael’s competition fitness results across the globe have been incredible. 13 weeks ago I decided to change my fitness goals and start training with Michael Schneider at Mps fitness to lose my excess weight. We worked on a 6 day training program along with a weekly nutrition plan to help me reach my goals fast. Some of my goals were to do the program by just eating healthy foods , to fit into my daily shift working life and to do it affordably. Michael was very dedicated in helping me reach my goals and was always available to answer my questions when ever I needed. I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin , and my results from training with Michael speak for themselves. I started training with Michael in my first year of joining a gym. I didn’t know much about how to use gym equipment and nothing at all about nutrition. Michael has been great with teaching me how to manage my macros to guiding me on how to use gym equipment. I’ve come a long way from the time I started seeing him and shed 9kg of body fat dropping from 22% initially to 13.9% competing at my very first fitness competition, in which I placed 3rd in 2 divisions- Bikini Opens and Bikini First timers. I’ve been very grateful for Michael’s part in my success which has helped me reach my absolute potential.
