Laura is amazing! I have always enjoyed exercise – and food. Laura taught me I could enjoy both and still make progress. She helped me set realistic goals, which had always been difficult for me. The program is extremely convenient and allowed for workouts whether I was at home, on the go, or in the gym. She makes adjustments when needed which makes the workouts very effective. Without hesitation I would recommend Laura to ANYBODY, no matter where they are on their fitness journey!

” My journey with Laura started several months before my wedding because I wanted to look and feel my best for the big day. Laura was so effective that my seamstress actually told me I had to stop losing size or she wouldn’t have enough time to take my dress in! The results were addicting and as soon as I came back from my honeymoon I threw myself into the hardest thing I’ve ever done- prepping for a bikini competition. Laura was incredible through that whole process and our trainer/client relationship quickly grew into a friendship. It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am for Laura and all that she’s taught me, I learned a lot about myself and just how strong and disciplined I could be if I put my mind to it.
