I was a client of Kaz’s for nearly 6 months and during that time she helped me to perfect my posing for the figure division and through her meal plans and also some PT sessions together we won 3 x 1st place trophies plus an overall champion trophy and then another 2 x 2nd place medals at another competition. I cannot recommend Karen & her coaching highly enough. After enquiringly with a few coaches, I chose Kaz for my comp prep because I could tell from talking to her after I enquired, as well as from following her on Facebook, that she was dedicated to her athletes, had a good knowledge base & was able to achieve great results with her clients. I am now 12 weeks into my prep (14 weeks to go) & I am definitely happy with my decision to prep with Kaz. This is so far the best prep that I have had in a 4-year competition career that has included a lot of successes. I was lucky enough to meet Kaz whilst she was enjoying a cruise on the ship that I work on. I've always tried to keep myself in reasonable shape over the years and considered myself quite fit. I can honestly say that after speaking with Kaz about my diet and fitness regime, listening and accepting her advice, my life has changed enormously in a very short time. You cannot help but be affected by her enthusiasm and total professionalism as she honestly takes a genuine interest in improving your overall health and fitness. I would absolutely recommend this lovely lady to anyone who should decide to put the work in and improve their life. Karen Plum, has been and is, a coach that goes way above & beyond, putting her own life 2nd. She treats our preps like her own, celebrates our little victories with us & genuinely cares. She is a wealth of knowledge, and prepped us healthily and reversed us out, into an off season plan. There comes a time in your training, it does not matter at what stage you're at, that help/advice is needed. I had reached that point. I had not been firing on all cylinders, health and weight not good. Having known, respected and been an admirer of Karen Plum from Performance+ Nutrtion & Training, for many years; I asked for her help. (Just 8 weeks out from a qualifying comp). Within a day she took all details/what I wanted/Needed. Nutrition, Supplement and training protocols plans followed! In 8 weeks I lost 4kg" muscle density and energy levels increased. Wow!
