Introduction

Eric Broser has been involved in the health and fitness industry as a bikini, figure and bodybuilding contest prep coach, trainer, model, author, magazine columnist, consultant to nutritional supplement companies and gym owner for over twenty-five years. He is a former Natural Professional Bodybuilder, contest judge and now NPC Masters Competitor. Hey just wanted to thank you guys for the motivation I received through my training program .Twelve months ago I weighed 196 # at 5’9” not good! I just completed the alpha-male advanced workouts from the e-book I purchased online. In the past 12 months with the help from the books and website I went from 196 to 142 and more importantly I am in the best shape of my life, quite a statement coming from a 42 year old that was once a high school wrestler, however the mirror does not lie and yes it is easier to count to six without my shirt on , all the doubters can eat there words come summer!
