Carolina has been my trainer for 4 years. From the beginning she listened to what I wanted to accomplish and supported me in reaching my goals. I went from a size 12 to an 8 and lost over 35 pounds. This year I am planning a great trip and want to be swimsuit ready. Carolina has already given me special exercises to target the areas I need and has given me great dietary recommendations to help as well. Carolina is is a wonderful trainer and person. I was very reluctant to work with a personal trainer due to stigmas and stereotypical ideas attached to trainers. But after plateauing out on my own, I needed to try something new. I contacted Carolina and she devised a plan for me which included a Diet and excercise regimen. Carolina definitley knows what she is doing as a trainer and educates you so that you can succeed. Although I was able to workout with Carolina this past weekend as I was in her town (Thanks Carolina!). I do not have the pleasure of working out with Carolina on a regular basis as we live in different states. However she has been very helpful in teaching me and giving me the tools I need to continue to get into better shape and keep in shape.
