Well my 3 months with Xtreme Results has sadly came to an end. I first had a consultation with Ash and immediately started that week. Ash had set me up with one of their new personal trainers Timothy Kelk and given me a nutritional plan. I still to this day remember my first session with Tim, I've never felt so unfit in my life, was really close to throwing up about 3 times, including on the drive home I had to pull over because I thought I was going to be sick! Looking back at this now, I've completely changed, my conditioning and strength has increased immensely. Tim was great as a teacher and motivator, after 5 weeks of training with Tim I signed up to a gym and did an extra 2 personal training days on top of my 3x 30min PT sessions. Still to this day I'm extremely motivated to improve myself and stay on a nutritional diet, this experience has really kick started me into the fitness world. If your looking for a work out where you hit a bike for 10 mins to warm up then run through basic moves for 30 then cool down and stretch for a few mins at the end then this IS NOT the place for you. Ash Mason is a master at getting your body to work in ways using techniques you never knew existed. Every session is uniqiue, guided, monitored for correct form and individually scaled to push you to your utmost limits. Always an awesome session! Read more John Asson
I started out doing an 8 week challenge, having never done any weight training before I was a little apprehensive, but my trainer Gemma was fantastic, friendly, supportive and great at keeping you motivated. Her husband Ash also helped greatly by providing me with easy to follow eating plans that changed the way I thought about food and made me realise that constant dieting was not necessary for a strong healthy body. If you are thinking of doing a comp prep/looking to get into shape with correct nutrition and training, you must go to these guys! Ash and Gemma were amazing with not only providing good nutrition and training programs, but also provided loads of on going support and motivation throughout my whole prep.
