Angela is a bikini, figure and fitness competition prep coach, having been in the IFBB Pro league for 20 years and competed in Ms. Olympia and Ms. international 8 times. She is also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, IFA Certified Aerobics and Fitness Instructor.
